For Founders:

You can list every project to launch your crowdfunding investment round

But if yor project is not based on crypto - ypu must tokenize it by create and deploy your own project cryptocurrency.

Project lising on IONIQ is fully autonomous 24/7 cuz all is working on smart contracts we wrote. Contract addres is always the same . Works as посредник between Founders and investors.
Listing is free. But gass fee in POL (Polygon ID 137) is needed (0,05$) to list and do approve for transfer your project tokens.
Our Launchpad Smart-Contract a not take and hold your tokens. You just put the info and set the limit of tokens to sold. Please dont transfer your tokens from your founder address because if you dont be have enought tokens on purchase moment that transaction a going to fail and you just cant be funded .
As we say listing are open to all cuz it is DeFi area and we hate centrylised bans or closed dors. But because the investmenst are too risky area we have post verified system and IONIQ Security Team. After listing in couple of days IST will do research about ypur project and may contact wit you do get understanding that your project are real, exist and if all is good - we put that Your project is Trustetd by us and put your project card in the main catalog on 1st page. If you dont pass this point or your project card is not researched yet - your card will be in different section Non-verified projects and we put disclaimer that investors might do DYOR twice and maybe contact you first to be sure that you are not scammer.
Comission of the IONIQ Launchpad is fixed and = 5% in sell amount. That is directed to IONIQ launchpad salary, Security team salary and much amount - to target marketing for your project.
Additional marketing IONIQ feature- IONIQ smart-contract have the special feaute under the hood - We have Affiliate web3 program with legion of professional refferers who can be motivated to promote Your project on thousands of websites , blogs, private groups totally worldwide on every language which exists. That is additional to you option. You personally set the Refferer Fee before launch the invest-round. Technically you can set from 1 to 95% . 1% is nessesary now because now we do special event for our affiliates + also we recommend you to use this option cuz it is very string and powerful tool to be funded and exclusive because only IONIQ have thius feature from all 126 crowdfunding launchpads. And to be honest - recommended from us Fee is at least 5% for refferers cuz it is point where more of them are become motivated to promote Your project. Summary- IONIQ do the ADV but it is for example 1 ADV banner on Twitter or Telegram. It can be enough but too slow activity. If it 5-10% for refferers is active = there are can be 1000 ADV banners on Twitter + 500 articles on Medium + 300 reposts in private accounts and etc and it all - on just couple of days. We think you see the difference. But the choise is yours of course! Just advice from our Marketing Team. Cuz we are interested in Your succes.
Advice for time limits for round. If you dont have your own traffuc or community which is waiting to invest round = In that situation We reccomend set from 1 month because any ADV campaign needs the time for set up and be uploaded and shown in the adv areas and also refferers are real people and they need do research and create an articles about your project that is why it all needs preparation time ~4-7 days as ideal. The more time you will set = the more attention you can get.
When someone fund your project you instantly get USDT on your wallet and our smart-contract are are automatically transfer your project tokens from your Finder wallet. Just wait and dont forget post somewhere that you are launch the crowdfunding round! And dont forget to be honest to your investors. Try to not hurt them and do what you say to them. Create a group in TG where you can communicate together.
